The mailing service option includes CASS certification and processing of one mailing list, inkjet addressing, postal pre-sorting and delivery to the US Post Office.
Postcards, brochures and flyers $200 setup and $50 per 1000
Booklets, catalogs and calendars $250 setup and $60 per 1000

Additional fees will apply for other services, such as tabbing (if not originally ordered), inserting and delivery of non-mailed pieces. Non-mailed pieces will be delivered to the shipping address you provide while ordering.
Mailing services add 2-3 business days onto the turnaround time you select while ordering; please make sure to factor that into your schedule.
Postage will be calculated separately after your order has been placed and your mailing list submitted. The cost of postage is dependent on the class of service you select (standard or first class) and the size and weight of your printed piece. PLEASE NOTE: Taking advantage of presorted First Class rates requires a minimum of 500 pieces be included in your mailing.
In general, first class mail takes 2-5 business days to reach its destination, while standard class takes 7-15 business days, excluding federal holidays and weekends.
4 x 6 postcards mail first class presort automatically at an average rate of $.24/each. Larger postcards and folded brochures with a final size (folded) of up to 6 x 11 can be mailed first class for roughly $.38/each or standard for approximately $.27/each.
Booklet, catalog and calendar rates are determined by final weight, depending on paper stock, page size and page count. Booklets and catalogs under 6 x 9 can mail letter rate if double-tabbed.

For a postage estimate, or if you have other mailing questions, please send an email detailing the product you are interested in mailing (including size, quantity, paper stock and page count when applicable) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we receive your mailing list, we will contact you with the postage amount at the email address you provide. Postage payment must be received by SimplePrint.com no later than 2 pm Central Time the day of the mailing to avoid delays. Postage can be paid via cashier's check, money order, wire transfer or credit card; please note that a 5% use fee is added to credit card postage payments.
Please submit your mailing list or lists to email@example.com with the order number in the subject line. Please indicate whether you would like first class or standard class service.
The preferred format for mailing lists is MS Excel or CSV. There is a 50-character limit, including punctuation and spaces, for each field (name, company name, address and so on). Fields over 50 characters in length will be truncated.
In your email, please indicate whether you would like us to remove duplicates from your list, and whether you would like us to remove duplicate addresses only, or both duplicate names and addresses. Duplicate records will not be removed unless you include this information.
The purchase of mailing services includes the processing of one (1) mailing list. Additional lists in the identical format cost $22/each to process. Additional lists in different formats will cost $89/each to merge. If lists require extensive data work to merge, there may be additional charges.
The minimum space requirements to inkjet your pieces are 4" wide by 2" high and must be located in the bottom right corner of the mailing panel. If your art does not meet these minimum requirements, your job cannot be processed at automated rates.
The inkjet address area must be completely unprinted. No borders are allowed on the right or bottom edges of the mailing panel.
PLEASE BE AWARE: Addresses are inkjetted directly onto the cards, NOT LABELED. This means that your pieces cannot be UV coated on the back or mailing side. Aqueous coating is allowed.
All of the postcards offered by SimplePrint.com meet USPS automated mailing aspect ratio requirements.
Booklets smaller than 8.5 x 11 must be double-tabbed to qualify for mailing at letter rate (maximum size is 6.125 x 10.5 to mail at the letter rate). When mailing at the letter rate, the back of your booklet should be designed so the bound edge is at the bottom of the mailing panel, while the open edge is at the top.
If your booklet is larger than 6.125 x 10.5, it will mail at the flat rate and will not require tabbing.
Folded brochures and flyers need to be single- or double-tabbed. If the fold is at the bottom when mailed, a single tab can be used at the top. If the fold is at the top, the pieces must be double-tabbed at the bottom in order to mail using the lower automated rates.
If you belong to a non-profit organization and would like to mail at the non-profit rate, you must have a valid non-profit permit from the US Post Office. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your non-profit status and request the required paperwork.

The USPS does not guarantee that non-profit or regular standard mailings will be delivered by a certain date or range of dates. Non-profit mailings usually deliver within 7-15 business days of the date sent.
The name and address on the mailing panel of your piece must exactly match that on the paperwork issued by the USPS on the original non-profit postal permit. It is not required to be in the return address area, but it must be on the mailing panel.
